ACCESSORIZING WITH LEOPARD PRINT

Anne H here, giving you my take on this seasons must have - leopard print.  I am not someone who can see themselves embracing a full leopard print outfit but with Anne C's help I can definitely see the benefits of introducing a bit of leopard excitement into my accessories.  With the use of some fabulous scarves borrowed from her wardrobe I have learnt to jazz up some of my staple wardrobe favourites.

I'm starting with this leather coat from COS which is at least five years old so truly stands the test of time.  The lovely red edged scarf is from Warehouse and perfectly complements the tan jacket. Although Warehouse don't do this exact scarf anymore they do have a great alternative which is only £6 in the sale.

I have teamed with a COS jersey top and jeans from Ted Baker bought from the Cheshire Oaks outlet.  And of course I'm wearing my new MiuMiu glasses which I have finally got used to and really like now - its amazing how long it takes to feel comfortable in new frames.

Really embracing the singing in the rain vibe here with co-ordinating umbrella and scarf, both of which perfectly accent the soft pink of this coat from Jigsaw.  The scarf was a gift and un-branded but a very similar one is available here and the brolly is Juicy Couture from TKMaxx.  Sadly no longer produced, but Amazon have a fabulous selection of leopard print umbrellas and there really is no better way to embrace the trend.

It is hardly visible but underneath I have a bright pink silk top on which was also from Jigsaw - please note, thanks to Anne, I am trying to be more colourful with my wardrobe choices!  Also no longer available but they have this marvellous batwing pink silk top that is definitely catching my eye.

And finally introducing my favourite colour - Blue, in any tone.  This blue edged scarf from Moda in Pelle matches the cobalt blue of my COS blouse so well that it almost loses its edge. It is a proper wrap size so really versatile and I am so impressed with it I have ordered my own, which must be a huge relief to the other Anne!

I have had this shirt from COS for ages now and love the style so much I have two others - one in black and one in dark blue.  They are doing a similar beautiful silk version this year but are often known to bring back designs year on year so I am hopeful to see this particular design in another colour as it is less structured and a more flowing shape.
